Jack Donovan Madison Institute Scholarship Fund
For those of you in the field of philanthropy who had the opportunity to know
Jack, you certainly will never forget him. Jack's deep-seated commitment to the
not-for-profit sector and the virtues of giving were always apparent. To honor
his dedication to the profession, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy
established the Jack Donovan Madison Institute Scholarship Fund in 1997.
The endowed fund, created from the generosity of friends and faculty, will
provide full tuition assistance for healthcare development professionals to attend
the Madison Institute. The Madison Institute’s five-day program is one of the most
highly regarded educational experiences in the fundraising profession and offers
opportunities to learn, share, network and make new friends. Jack was a regular
faculty member of the Institute for years and founded and served as Dean of the
Capital Campaign/Major Gift Track.
